3 Stars Hotels in Bugis

The hotel location is good, near Bugis street walking around 15 minutes. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Only the room is little bit small. The others things still OK.

The room is small, rather unclean, view is blocked by concrete.

The hotel is right above Bencoolen MRT station so it is very accessible. The room is very small for the price we paid. Other than that we have no complaints.

Horrible place to stay but it is good location. Old, dusty but clean bed and warm water plus ac are run well. Don't expect too much ….

The staff is very accommodating, the place is very accessible where you can buy food ride a bus and also near in attraction like Haji lane, Arab street and Bugis. Slightly near in MRT station, just a 10 minutes walk going station. This is the best hostel to stay.

Good location. Small but comfy.

House keeping team are noisy some times they shouldn't play music while working. As I'm a very light sleeper. I think the front office should keep the house keeping team not start working to close to my room in the mornings.

We talk a lot during my check in time 😆 cause the room wasnt ready yet, but it wasnt that long like more than 15mins and the room is ready ✨ bfast is good like simple and to fuel ur energy. Room is cold but it was needed cause sg so moist & hot, and location is close to everywhere. 💯

During our stay, we have to change the room for 3 times due to aircon problem. Staff kept on rushing us to choose the next available room and that room is not even a triple room that we have previously booked. In the end, we have to settle down for a 2-single bed room but have to remind staffs 3 times to set up an extra bed for us. They noted but we waited for a few hours for it to be done with another reminder. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful but housekeeping staffs are not so professional and patient at all. Housekeeper staffs make unpleasant comment about us while knocking on the door to check if they can clean our room. We were sleeping and I heard those personal comments about us before opening the door for them. Staffs even left their cleaning towel on our TV table in our room after housekeeping done. Overall, my stay at Hotel Grand Pacific is only good due to its convenient and strategic location, everything else regarding the experience is not so satisfying.
