Snow, a cleaning staff who cleaned my room was very courteous, conscientious, friendly, attentive always with a smile made my stay a wonderful experience. A worker who truly should be valued and recognised by the hotel management.

This was a last minute, same day booking. We checked in quite late, close to midnight. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The customer before us was quite rowdy and seemed to be drunken and the female receptionist handled him with a lot of grace and patience. Bravo! Hilton is a strategic choice for those keen to spend the day mall crawling down Orchard Road.

The stay was great, food was awesome, but the only thing I could suggest for improvement is to have the bathroom windows more frosted because we could still see the person showering inside. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Near from MRT station Lavender (line access to airport), bus stop position is in front of the hotel & also near several other bus stop so it's easy to travel around Singapore using bus. Easy access from convenience store & many halal food/restaurant. The room size & cleanliness is okay, but the room doesn't have good sounds proofing because at night we still can hear loud music playing from other room.

Hotel needs to improve breakfast. And provide slippers in the room. Staff is friendly.

The hotel upgrade my room for free, I really appreciate

Best location. Food courts, MRT and bus stop just beside and in front of hotel. This is my 5th stay at this WWH whenever I'm in town. Fast and smooth check in and check out. Thank you for complimentary upgrade to the bigger room. This is the 2nd time that I got the complimentary upgrade to the bigger room. Definitely will always stay at WWH.

All good and comfortable, hotel is a bit old, but it is located right in the orchard road. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel is comfort, near Orchard, MRT and many location. But when we stayed there. Very noisy from other rooms.
