The location is very strategic and the staff was very friendly. Love it!

The location is strategically good, the staff were helpful and good. But the hotel room is not what I expected, the sheets are dusty. The toilet build quality is not good, no sandals no shampoo. The water is weak and the hot water is not consistent

Location is convenient - exactly in front of bandung station. Very friendly and helpful staff with check in & cleaning.

My favorite hotel in Bandung for business or family holiday

Dirty, Smelly, Unhygenic, Bed Bugs, Mites, Spoilt furniture, Aircond problematic, hot water not functioning, cigarette smell from the ventilation system, room not cleaned properly from previous guest, flooding shower area, disgusting carpets. Room was changed after complaint but still same issues. Not worth the budget price. Management not interested in making this hotel habitable.

Unfortunately I didn't stay in this hotel since I missed my schedule to go to Bandung

The hotel is quite OK, but the breakfast is good especially juices. The staff is quite friendly

Look quite old hotel in the city, but the service is wonderful, friendly staff, the access to go around is safely, easier and faster, not to bad at All love to stay there again

Need to be cleaner the room and the wifi is very bad.
