The best experience I've when I stayed here.

Truly one of the best hotels in Indonesia. Staff was very attentive and generous, went above and beyond in service, both for rooms and during breakfast. Breakfast is amazing, too! Options are plenty, food is delicious, and staff ensures you always have what you need. This would be my preferred hotel to stay in whenever in Surabaya. The connection to the mall is also a plus.

The room is clean & comfort. Service is excellent.

The technology is modern enough for this class. Bedroom is clean enough just feel a bit fuggy. However, the wall is very humid until the mushroom grown up.

One word"satisfying"and would come again 😊.

Room 603. Clean, good hospitality and service. We got ealry check in at 13:00. Hot water available. The owner contatcted us via wa days bfore check in. Thank you Mrs. Sandra.

Check in time @14.00 pm can't earlyer, staff friendly and standbye no need wait for long time, great they give me 29th floor, beautifull view of surabaya, they had swimming pool at 1st floor, easy access to pakuwon mall direct just strait in GF floor. I'm very happy to stay here for 3 days. Air con very cool, very recommended
