Location was good. Restaurant meals variety nice. Staff friendly.

The staff here are super slow on providing us the services, I asked for them to check the room because it was stinking, but nobody ever came.

I still love this hotel. Just that I dun understand their policy sometimeshhaha.

Parking lot needs to be added, especially during peak season. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy with spacious area to store the baggage. Breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices. Located near to toll road gate, which makes easy to find.

Disappointed staying in this hotel. I booked a Deluxe Suite, but it is worst room. No bedside tables, no bench of hand wash basin. Difficult to put my toiletries. I had to notify the management to get the TV to work. The restaurant is an open area, no smoking area. Smoking is out site the restaurant but no astray. Dinning table in the restaurant-no tissue, no salt & pepper bottles. I ordered Oxtail soup IDR 105.000 only got 2 pieces of oxtail, not worth it.

Good location, good food, got the twin room on the 3rd floor and spacious enough, I just don't like the winding hallways. Water dispenser available to refill your bottle. They provide free drinks and snacks in the evening. 200k deposit required when check-in. The hotel staff overall helpful and friendly.
