Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise Tickets at Asiatique Pier

A pleasant experience eating while viewing the beauty of Chao Phraya River. But... the food is just so-so.

Staff onboard is helpful and accomodaring to our requests. The entire cruise is lovely with music and lively atmosphere of Bangkok. You just have to kind of gamble with the other visitors, especially when foods just served, the situation looked like a jungle.

Paid a lot but no cake arrived, even though I had requested it, disappointed

What's more exciting if you're on the top of the ship, it's exciting to be hit by a gentle breeze and there are lots of tourists too, it's not a loss according to the budget of around 500 thousand

I joined this dinner cruise with my husband, the ticket exchange was easy and we were guided to the ship. While waiting, we could see who we were going with and get to know new people. Whether we wanted to sit above or below, it was full entertainment, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and fast, coincidentally my husband was coughing and we asked for mineral water, he immediately warmed it up and said that the heat was enough or not. It was very helpful, at that time we also got to sit below, after eating we could go up to see the surrounding scenery, take pictures and don't forget to join the activities such as singing and dancing together. It's really worth trying

Quite disappointed. I don't know how everyone else is when booking Chao Phaya boat tickets with traveloka, but my group found it quite bad. From the beginning, I intended to book on the K app, but I thought that since I had booked many tickets on traveloka, it would be more reputable, so I booked here. My schedule that day was to check in on the boat from 16:00-17:00, because I couldn't choose a seat in advance, I tried to go to Asia pier at 16:30 to check in early. I showed the ticket and paid to the receptionist of the shipping company, but they checked and didn't see our group's name on the pre-booked list. They explained that the shipping company is not related/worked with traveloka. I don't understand why my name wasn't on it, at that time I had to ask the manager to call the shipping company, I texted the traveloka page but got no response. It was really confusing at that time, because we had already paid for 5 tickets for 5 people, it was too late to cancel or refund, and the train was about to leave. Luckily, after a while of talking with the manager, she also put our group's name on the list to board the train, at that time it was already 16:55 so we had to hurry to get on the train for fear of being late. I also don't know if the train company had information about our group's tickets yet, but I really thank the manager of the train company for supporting the group so much. The experience on the train was quite good, you should try it, the train company was friendly, the food was delicious, the music program was exciting. I hope Traveloka will reconsider the issue of buying tickets for customers.
