Feels like home with balinese style hotel.. worth it to stay in Brastagi.. breakfast menu needs to be improved..

Average 2-star hotel. Not suitable for its 2-star status. I made a reservation for a four bed family room, which was very disappointing. The condition of the unit is not well managed. Cockroaches and leeches and ants in the room and toilet. Cobwebs not cleaned. The reception by the female receptionist slightly alleviated the disappointment. Thank you for welcoming us as a family with warmth and sweet smiles.

Clean and new rooms. The reception was very proper to explain everything. Downside is that the menu is rather limited. Only the basics available at the restaurant. Also no elevators to get to the restaurant on the 4th floor. Biggest complain is the noise due to the busy road beside the hotel.

Low cost, thus we managed our expectations. Thank God for Indo Maret/Alfa Mart stores nearby. The hotel staff helped buying things we needed: Toilet paper, drinks & breakfast supplies. We rented a car & driver to go places and came home very tired; Could fall asleep fast, despite the noise from busy traffic on the street. Found a cheap laundry place also nearby. It was a good experience for 25 year old minds. Need to save money.
