I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the check in/out was seamless and they allowed me to stay out a little longer since I had to perform Friday prayer. The bad luck, wifi connection was very poor and didn't work at all.

Overall was perfect. Beyond expectation with frendly owner and staff. Very cheap compared with all facilities.
But, I think the hotel needs add cattle heater and some instant coffe/tea for complimentary... also needs to improve the food.
