It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her βpondokβ β¦ and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

The Sheikh Zayed Mosque view from our Grand Deluxe Room is perfect. The staff are helpful. Thanks to mba Heni - reservation staff, who is very nice and helpful to arrange our connecting room request. I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

I stayed here for 2nites for my birthday celebration at the deluxe room which is very huge compare to other hotel, the hotel greeted us with unique welcome drink & a slice of birthday cake in my room, thanks. Really awesome place, Pak Theo the Duty Manager were helpful as well. Hotel decoration with Christmas vibes really beautiful, would defenitely recommend to everyone to stay here it's really worth the price indeedπwould love to come back again next time I visit Solo.

We love this hotel! Dinner all you can eat was very delicious, clean and safe. Breakfast was tasty. My family like some of the breakfast items very much and we asked for some servings to go and they happily prepared them for us. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a batik shop at the lobby that sells good clothing. We will stay there again when time permits. Thank you.

The hotel ages very well, despite offering very affordable rates, they don't sacrifice the great amenities, excellent hospitality, and tasty meals. The staff assisting the restaurant were the nicest ever ππ». I love the ambience too, classic but not scary. The lighting in the room did all the good job. I stayed during the peak weekend after Eid, the parking lot was full, and the security team did great, patiently managed each car ππ». Thank Hotel Indah Palace for the excellent service.
