The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

We stayed at Ibis for wedding celebration and the staff makes extra efforts to decorate the room for the happy couple, they really pleased with their room and able to fully rested. The hotel location is perfect for The Sunday Market (Pasar Tumpah) so it will be good to do some browsing.

eL Hotel Bandung
Stayed during Eid Al Fitri. The Eid prayers were conducted within the vicinity of the hotel which was held outside the hotel in the parking area. There were rugs to cover the ground and prayer mats on the front parts. The room was spacious, too bad we got the one with a not fully functioning AC unit, but it was a cool night so we didn't complain. All good. Friendly staff, fast check-in process, great service, good Wi-Fi. Thank you to all dedicated hotel staff who were there for us during Eid period.

Got a dirty room at first, but got help from nice receptionist and moved into another room . Booked a premier room, kinda wondering why it happen
Continue to MiniZoo and other kids facilities, its okay, as expected
Having an iftar too here, overall food and staff at restaurant its good
But, when it comes to room service . I'm ordering only 2 drinks, and 1 noodle at 10pm . waiting all night long until 11.30pm, just to get the info if the kitchen having trouble, and the drinks not even ready yet . Worst communication on that 💔

THE 1O1 Bandung Dago
It was a pleasant short stay with my sisters and partner. Since checking in until end of our stay all the staff was really helpful and friendly. Would love to extend our stay when the time is available. Will come back later again. Thank you.
Ps : on the food from restaurant is a bit off. Nasi goreng was great but the seblak and sate taichan are not on par. Seblak was too sweet and the taichan is plain and not spicy at all. Still the variety of the menu was great.
