Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

The room is clean, good service. There was a mineral water dispenser in the lobby, we can get free hot and cold water. the food is good, but less varied. There is a ATM outside the hotel. Large parking area. The location is strategic, near the toll gate.

One of comfy hotel in Cirebon. The room quite small but very clean. Everything worked but their is no coffee maker in the room.

My room is on 9th floor. The POP Room that I reserved was pretty large. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a deal breaker. I honestly very happy with my stay. The room staff also pretty nice and fast processing my order. The hotel is also adjacent with the Festival CItylink Mall.

Check in was fast, room was clean, and all the facilities were prepared as if they waiting for our arrival, such as the ac and the tv were turned on.

Overall the room is cozy & pleasant. We booked 2 rooms cause we just need transit as we move from 1 city to another overland. My room was perfect, in the other room, the bed was somewhat old that the head side is lower than the feet. However, we had a great night rest. Thank you Cordella :)

It wins the location, few walks to the malls, surrounded by many food merchants, all staffs are polite and friendly, this hotel is very “live” hotel. Before we entered the hotel, thermal detector and sanitizer are a must, but when we are in, lack of social distancing, but that's OK for me, this covid just a habit now. I slept many times in many hotels in Indonesia, it is quite rare seeing each other staffs talking and chit chat doing shift, but maybe that is their unique style. I love the foods, it is a humble hotel but the food is so delicious, just a bit smelly when we are enter the lobby. Like the onion in the air but it is super clean. It wins location, food, and cleaning service.

Great parking location, spacious room, strategic location

Arrived when it was already dark. There's a carpark attendant helping to inform us on where we can park our car as hotel guests. Checking in was easy. We needed to deposit Rp50.000 (for hotel key) and the money was returned in full when we checked out and returned the key card. Overall hotel lobby ambience is nice and clean. We love it. Our room was on the first floor, and it's nice and relatively clean (dusty a bit on the table). Hot water system, air-con, everything worked well. Tea and coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water (plus electric kettle) were provided. The latest time to check out is 1pm, otherwise an extra day is charged. Breakfast option was good, and the food was 7.5/10. We tried eating at the cafe for dinner. Pasta was 7/10. Char Kway Teow was 6/10 (soggy and a little too salty). We tried the Ramadhan Meal, and it was 7/10. We had it delivered for dining in our room. When food was delivered to our room, we could pay using our bank's debit card on the spot (informed them of our choice of payment). Would we recommend this hotel? Yes.

Reception, customer service part, is very good. The room is well suited the price and class as well as the hotel. Environment is quiet, safe and comfortable for vacation time. I will come back to stay at Citradream Hotel if I go to Bandung city.

Had a great time staying here. The service is great: quick responses from front desk, bottle water refill, breakfast delivered to your room, room service billed on check out. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the room is very well designed. Wifi was spotty during our stay, but it worked well outside the room; Not sure what the problem was. Also the TV (with Netflix, etc) is connected to LAN cable, so this wasn't an issue. The room on the 1st floor is on the same floor as a restaurant (right outside the door) and not soundproof, so it might get a bit loud during busy hours.

Me and my family had a really pleasant stay at Mogens. We love the clean spacious room, and the comfortable beds. And how close it is to Stasiun Bandung and to Braga. The staffs are super nice too. But if you bring a car, the parking lot is very limited.

This accommodation is perfect for relaxing at the weekend! Very peaceful here with the beautiful landscape of the mountains.

Room spacious, clean, and big nice beds. Actually you can fit 4 people in the room using the sofa bed also. Breakfast was nice and good variation. The Dinner restaurant also have a good taste.

Cute interior and suitable for families with kids. My daughter & son were really happy playing along in the spacious outdoor jacuzzi. The location is strategic even though it might be quite packed sometimes (well, what do you expect from Bandung around the weekend 😄) but all in all, my family & I had a great stay and would love to be back! The place is awesome, worth every Rupiah. The price is so worth it with the quality of the room and service. Breakfast is above expectation considering the competitive price of the room. The bedroom is very clean, and drinking water is provided in the shared dispenser on each floor. Very environmentally friendly! Love this place and will certainly come back here if we have business in the area! Keep up the good service. ☺️
