The location of the Hotel was so Amazing. They have sports stadium just behind the hotel with walk access. The location near by Simpang 5 park. It’s a good place also for walking or hang out during your stay on Semarang. The design of the hotel is good for myself. Simple and felt like home. The staff good and friendly. It’s the most points. Just have disappointed with the water shower. It’s worse because they have 2 ways. The water not really strong. When we have shower, the water will be go anywhere. And it’s not saving water. 😂 I staying on room 1112. If you can fix the water shower. I will be happy. Saving water is important. Kind Regards, Adi

I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

My first time staying in Simpang Lima Residence which was pretty good. Located nearby Simpang Lima junction, so you don't need to be worried when you're craving for some food. The staffs were friendly. Checkin and checkout time were quick. It's worth for the price too. They had a cool coffee, but I didn't try food and beverages yet. Maybe next time.

This is my second stay at mg suites Semarang. It's a comfy hotel-apartment, with a large enough room for sleeping, complete with a TV in the bedroom and living room. The living room is cozy enough to sit while watching TV or chitchatting, and the sofa is comfy enough to be turned into a sofa bed, to relax after bustling the culinary spots in Semarang or even a restful sleep at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean all area. Look autentic and traditional inside with best wooden gebyog Jepara style really good. Room service was good. Restaurant breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Just need more variety of breakfast items. Especially bread and pastries.
