The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Balikpapan. A short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

If you are an Aviation Enthusiast or AVgeek you must try staying at this hotel. The hotel offers spectacular room views, which are directly opposite the BPN airport runway. We recommend that you stay upstairs or on the 4th floor, so you can point the camera at every plane that lands and takes off. When I wake up, I can easily find the helicopter lift off from my window. I think the Grand Tjokro Hotel offered something AVgeek's hard to resist. So to all AVgeek across Indonesia, you should try this hotel.✈️👍🏼🚁🤩
