Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. If you are an Aviation Enthusiast or AVgeek you must try staying at this hotel. The hotel offers spectacular room views, which are directly opposite the BPN airport runway. We recommend that you stay upstairs or on the 4th floor, so you can point the camera at every plane that lands and takes off. When I wake up, I can easily find the helicopter lift off from my window. I think the Grand Tjokro Hotel offered something AVgeek's hard to resist. So to all AVgeek across Indonesia, you should try this hotel.✈️👍🏼🚁🤩

The food here is definitely something to look forward to. And there's qq karaoke Club for those who like singing and have a good time. The only problem for me is the narrow parking space. You can't park your vehicle by yourself but the valet service is always ready to help you day and night.

The room light is not bright, maybe this type of room only suitable for sleep/rest only not for work/other activity. The bathroom smells sadly. The staff is helpful, my card room is error at the first time but they give me the new one by deliver it to my room asap. The location is pretty strategic.

The room is very comfort, the interior & furniture mostly wood material so the room smells like sandalwood all the time. Bed & pillow was 100% nice its fluff but not hurt our spine in the morning!

have problem with balcony window and couldn't close. so that the raining all enter inside and the room wet. for the solution they give towel and ask me to bare with it . it was 11 pm above .. already sleeping time
