Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

The private jacuzzi room is relaxing. The room is quiet and comfort. We got TV for the bed and for the private jacuzzi. In the beginning the water has some odor but by the time more and more water poured into the tub it become smell normal. Please bring bath bomb to maximize the experience.

Booked this hotel for more than a week. 1. Room is smelly. 2. I found 4 cocroaches inside the room. 3. My room wasn't cleaned for the past 4 days. 4. Very small room but considerable since it is cheap. 5. Wifi is not working, TV is not working, the worst part is you cannot get any signal inside the room (Literally zero signal). I'm not recommending this hotel and this hotel needs lots of improvement. Don't waste your money staying here! I left the hotel at day 4 because I cannot live with cockroaches inside the room!
