Great size of room, very clean and fresh. All staff are very friendly and helpful. And just by walking a few minutes, crossing the street to meet Kuta beach. The restaurant provide a very good taste of food with very reasonable price. Enjoyed my stay very much, and surely will come back!

I've been staying here since 2019 and never regret a bit. The hotel is cozy, and comfortable. The rooms is very spacious with extra fluffy pillows, not to mention the balcony and the dining table. The staffs are helpful, mbok Mona, mbok Tari and bli Tangkas help me to make my stay over experience more enjoyable. This place surrounded with many places to hangout, also you can experience the food galore. Highly recommended.

The ONE Legian
Please make sure that the towels are fresh. What was provided was dry but smelly and not really white. The balcony was very small and facing the neighbors' backyard. Some areas at the very back in the hotel have leaking ceilings, and are not repaired or cleaned, making a bad impression of neglect.

Very helpful staff. Kudos to the staff receptionist @24 February at nite shift, I forgot to ask his name. It was late checked in at 23:30 due to traffic jam, I asked for assigned room number before arrival, so I can order gofood from outside and he smoothly handled it. Great hospitality from the staff!

Quest San Hotel Denpasar by ASTON
I had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, making for a very relaxing experience. I loved the extra amenities, like the free water refill station and the refrigerator, which was perfect for storing plenty of drinks. The menu had a great selection of tasty dishes, and the price range was very reasonable. The hotel also provided me with a thorough paper file with all the necessary details for my stay there. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Just make sure you don't leave anything behind when checking out, as you only return the key to the receptionist, and they don't check the room for forgotten items. It's all on you. Overall a five-star experience, and I will be back again very, very soon!
