What else to say about Apurva Kempinski? All are perfect. No negative comments. Reception is quick and helpful. Frontliner staff that accompanying us to the room, Celine, is very helpful and explained a lot. Room was great. Clean. Perfect. Bathroom are very cozy and let's not forget the automatic smart toilet. Even they serve ice cubes - as expected from 5 star hotel. Swimming pools are huge. Beach is clean and the sands are soft. Beach club also serve best foods and drinks. Transfer to/from lobby provided buggy car service and even though I'm worried at first on the availability, well that's not the case. Buggy will come within 3 minutes after we asked for one. Breakfast was superb. Food variety are good. We stayed 2 nights and really hate has to leave on the 3rd day. It was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to visit Apurva Kempinski again in the future. Oh and the Coral restaurant - stunning!

From random finding on the app to the super satisfying awesome experience in Potato Head. Why? 1. Their hospitality is at best, to local and international guests. Equal. Not just best. Great! 2. They provide lot of things to maximize our staycation there. 3. Got 3 merchandises for free! 4. There's library ❤️. Also 24 hours gym, headphone bar (listening music from vinyl disc), ETC. 5. Close to anything which I needed (groceries, pharmacy, boutique, etc) 6. Super sustainable ❤️ (You'll know once you choose to stay there 😉) 7. Rest. Go find it by yourself ~I assure you won't get disappointed in Potato Head Beach Club Studios 😉❤️. I'm looking forward to come back there, ASAP. Aamiin.

One of the biggest rooms you'll ever find in all the hotels in bali. Price of stay is superb compare to the value if locations and the size of its room. Located just besides the lippo mall which have both starbucks and maxx coffee, walking distance to Pantai Jerman and abiut 20 minutes walk to Kuta beach. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant, also serves a nice breakfast with an ocean view. Great job Aryaduta! Will come back for more nights with my family.

Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

We booked for 4 nights and got upgraded to Premium room for being a member of Marriott Bon Voy, I think. Premium room was spacious with semi walking closet and spacious balcony (new building), great for our family of four with 2 young children. Balcony for other type of rooms in the main building seems not too big so this was great. The premium wing also has their own pool, but was closed during time and guest should use the main pool. All room facilities are top notch, service was fast and warm especially with the young ones. Toiletries are from their Heavenly Spa, and the shampoo is really soft to the hair, love it! Electric plugs are a lot, around 4 in the room and appropriately located for charging all gadgets but still room for making hot water and hair drying while at it. AC is very cold and any kind of adjustments take no affect. The staff recommend to turn it off and it works for us because it's still cool without the AC on I don't know why. Really love what the hotel offers for children starting from day 1: drink bottle, free ice cream daily for kids, canoe, and abundance free kid activities to keep them happy. We've stayed in other hotels in Nusa Dua and pretty safe to say Westin is by far the best when it comes to children activities and facilities and the staff attentiveness. The garden pathway from room to beach was also the highlight because it was beautifully maintained, and the view of greeneries meet the blue ocean will stay on our mind for a long time.

Great place to retreat from busy daily routine. This hotel's clean private beach is a good spot for calming your mind, or to have an outdoor party. The bedroom is clean, with a big bathroom, complete with 2 type of showers and a big bathtub. Only the toiletries, was not refill unless requested. Good food quality for breakfast. And the best part that should be tried at this hotel is their swimming pool. The water is maintain in correct PH balance, very clean and warm. The spa is also recommended to try.

The plunge pool rooms looks exactly like the pictures, and even better. We stayed here for 3 nights,(plunge pool rooms with connecting door), as our sons birthday presents. They loved it and swam twice a day, everyday! They loved the pool, the bathtub, the beds are so comfortable, the beach and the their towels even smell like pandans. So soothing! We've got a vouchers for free family picture around the hotel area, and it turned out really nice! The photographer is good with kids and polite too. The foods are tasty, but most of the menu are more "fusion" style. There are some locals who sells balinese sarong, seashells bowls, bracelets and silvers at the beach, but in a good amount and good price too. The best part is you can always pay via QR code. My kids says Its their best birthday present ever! So no regrets!

I stayed there with my husband and my 4yo child. I got upgraded to the deluxe room by Pak Darsana when I checked it at 1:30 pm. He assigned me to the first floor, close to the gym and also the pool! What a perfect location! The room was spacious even though it's old but so comfy, I got a long nice sleep and woke up at 6:30 am. The price was affordable for this kind of hotel. The swimming pool was perfect. My child enjoyed the stay so much! The aircon was cold! The hot water worked just perfect! Nothing to complain about. But breakfast selection was limited 😭 overall, 👍🏻! The ONE Legian
Please make sure that the towels are fresh. What was provided was dry but smelly and not really white. The balcony was very small and facing the neighbors' backyard. Some areas at the very back in the hotel have leaking ceilings, and are not repaired or cleaned, making a bad impression of neglect.

Very helpful staff. Kudos to the staff receptionist @24 February at nite shift, I forgot to ask his name. It was late checked in at 23:30 due to traffic jam, I asked for assigned room number before arrival, so I can order gofood from outside and he smoothly handled it. Great hospitality from the staff!

Quest San Hotel Denpasar by ASTON
I had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, making for a very relaxing experience. I loved the extra amenities, like the free water refill station and the refrigerator, which was perfect for storing plenty of drinks. The menu had a great selection of tasty dishes, and the price range was very reasonable. The hotel also provided me with a thorough paper file with all the necessary details for my stay there. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Just make sure you don't leave anything behind when checking out, as you only return the key to the receptionist, and they don't check the room for forgotten items. It's all on you. Overall a five-star experience, and I will be back again very, very soon!
