Need an upgrade on the toilet area as well thet toilet amenities. We arrived around 1800hrs there no concierge at the counter 😞 to assist our luggage

All staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially. Annisa and Lydia. Thank you so much. We'll be coming back for next visit to Padang.

Thanks for service, clean and good enough hospitality, room at 7th floor could see city view at noon and night to the mountain view.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Check in and out very fast. The room very spacious. I enjoyed a lot with this hotel.

Near city and shopping mall. Good place to stay too.
