The staffs are very helpful, I also really like the foods from the restaurants for breakfast, the menu is varied. Unfortunately the room cleanliness needs to be improved, the pillow cover and bed sheets are dusty. The rooms corner are still dirty

I enjoy my staycation at ZHM and finally I got warm treatment from front officers, good. Yet you have to check about room cleaning and utilities. Nice and good job.

Need an upgrade on the toilet area as well thet toilet amenities. We arrived around 1800hrs there no concierge at the counter 😞 to assist our luggage
