Had a great stay at Presscot Hotel Kuala Lumpur! The *shower was definitely the highlight* – high pressure and incredibly refreshing! Perfect way to relax after a long day. Overall, a comfortable experience with excellent facilities. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the hotel was quite good, and I was given an early check-in. However, the room assigned to me had a connecting door without any prior confirmation or information, even though I only booked a single room. Moreover, this hotel does not provide adapters for chargers, which is typically available in hotels, especially for a 4-star establishment where such basics are expected. In previous hotels, I was always lent an adapter or even a charger if needed, but not in this hotel.
The male staff were friendly, but not the female staff member with long hair and glasses—whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask or note. She was extremely unfriendly and provided no solutions. I even went down to the lobby, but she didn't offer so much as a smile. It was truly disappointing.
I request that this staff member be followed up on. I'm giving this hotel only 2 stars because of its nice view and the early check-in, despite the lack of communication about the connecting door. Overall, I had a very poor experience during my stay. Thank you.

MyCiti Hotel Kuala Lumpur (formerly known as Citin Hotel Masjid Jamek)
I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Malaysia because it's near to the Kuala Lumpur central and other spots, and the room is nice. Just the staff, or most of the receptionists, are not friendly. I don't know, not smiling or nice enough like someone working for the hospitality industry. Maybe they can improve on that.

The Grand Campbell Hotel KL
Very near to Sogo and jalan TAR. Room wise is spacious but a lot of small cockroaches. Parking RM7/entry and breakfast not so much variety.
