Best Hotels in Medan Tuanku

Towel smell bad for this trip before this not like this. Towel smell good.

The room was big and the food was great!

This is my 3rd time staycation here. The hotel staff fulfilled my request to have baby crib in the room. 😊.

The location easy to find the food.

Great area, the accessibility to find commuter just walk a few meter, lrt masjid Jamik near the OCBC bank. The Hotel is near Masjid India, as it said there's many Indian around there too. Walk ±300m you can find Bank Negara Station if you want to use KTM service. You can also find nearest bus stop there as where you wanna go. My advice is use Moovit app, it helps a lot! Don't use GMaps as often, because, it don't quite accurate. Easy reach Chow Kit area, Bukit Bintang, KLCC. The minus is, as you expect from 3stars hotel. In the first day I arrived, there's no toileries inside. They put it next day. And there's no mineral water served, but you can refill water from the dispenser in the outside hotel room in every floor. If you get the room where there's a connected door, then you get the noise from the room behind the door. The room is small. They provide Ironing area outside the room in every floor tho, this the plus. I don't like the elevator, it's dirty and the smell isn't good. There's a stain on the towel and the blanket. Aside from that if you want to find good place where near transportation this hotel I recommend. But if you someone who strict on cleanliness I do not recommend it.

The hotel was in a good location however parking of vehicle is a problem. Limited parking slots. Room was OK, clean and tidy. The breakfast was average with not much of variety.

All staffs were amazing, nice room, very clean and just a distance walk from LRT.

Very near to Sogo and jalan TAR. Room wise is spacious but a lot of small cockroaches. Parking RM7/entry and breakfast not so much variety.

The hotel, the parking, the room, the pool all good. But among all, I just love the services. The young lady who serve me check in and check out is the best. She shows a great attitude, very welcoming, always smile. It 's hard to find that services when I stayed other places. It just great. Thank you very much for your kind and very welcoming. 😊.
