The front desk people where very hospitable. ⭐ Aru was very accommodating! He answered all my queries. WhatsApp replies were very quick whenever I had concerns. They even let me store my luggage after check out because my flight was in the midnight. Room was big, water heater was working, bathtub was nice. Had free WiFi and the TV inside the room had Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning was working well. Amenities and toiletries were complete and towels were changed everyday because I requested to have my room made up everyday. Pool had a nice view of the Kuala Lumpur tower. Building was secure because they have a face scan for the lobby doors to open and for the elevator to work. There 's also a 2nd lock on the hotel room door. A croissant/coffeeshop was accessible via the back gate, and Mcdonald's was right beside. There 's also a 7/11 across the street. Only a 5 minute walk to Suria and around 7 minutes to KLCC. Overall a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

It was definitely one sweet and unforgettable stay. The Club Room is equipped with iron and iron board, free WiFi (super fast), free laundry for 4pcs of clothes, luxury toilet with motorized blinds and hot water. The king size bed was really cozy. Great buffet spread and delicious too. Pool are opened but some don't practice sop and no staff is on duty. Bed & room with bath tub wise all okay but took 3 hrs to sent over a baby cot request which have been made earlier & clear during check in but front office did a courtesy to call and check between the hour waiting. Is just that my room doesn't have complimentary coffee or tea, just a kettle only.

Bangi Resort Hotel
1. Check in process was terrible - took 30 minutes to cater not more than 4 guests with 3 counters opened. No air conditioner & very hot. Provide a welcome drinks coupon but need to go up at level 3 which the lobby is at level 1. Why don't the hotel just provide the welcome drink on the same floor? 2. My first experience that room slippers need to pay RM5/-. 3. Huge swimming pools but a lot of leaves in the pool. 4. A sudden notice in the morning to inform check-out time at 11am. It was a bit disappointing for such a Grand Hotel! 5. Bellboys are friendly & helpful (10/10 points for them) Room is spacious & clean just a bit old. Need to change the furniture. Overall is Okay!

The LOFT PLAZA Hotel
Quick check in. Refundable deposit rm50. Free public parking. A lot eateries and shops around the area. Room cleanliness is okay. Soundproof is weak. Air conditioner can set the lowest to 21 degrees Celsius and it’s horrible. I didn’t sleep well that night, too HOT. Bathroom is okay. Will I come back again? No, UNLESS I have serious matters to do around that area.
