This place is just step away from legoland. The room is huge even for studio. There is a supermarket just open at the day we arrive and help us a lot to buy ingredients so we can cook at the apartment. Really recommended to stay in here.
the hotel is currently on renovation progress so the receptionist is in the 1st floor. over all is good. nice staff, clean room, comfy bed, tasty breakfast. behind the hotel is full of food street in the evening. highly recommended

Nice experience, super large room with kitchen, there are some washing & drying machines we can use, and a self service trolley to handle large luggages.
The area is quiet but the hotel is new and clean. We are satisfied with the lobby (legos for children, fast check in process), the room (spacious and nice view), the pool and especially the breakfast (many choices). They have shuttle bus service to and back Legoland/Puteri Harbour at appointed time. Will recommend Ramada to friends for sure. Great staying experience.
Strategically located at the centre of Johor Bahru City, it provides great convenience in terms of food and entertainment. The hotel facilities are new too. Value for money.
Beside KSL city, around the vicinity there's a lot of dining places that open til late! I especially love the spacious rooms and the crisp beddings! I come here often for staycation as it's very accessible!
It's damn bad. Everything is old and in bad condition. Toilet stinks. Bathtub is rusty. The water heater is not working properly. Aircon not cold. I was in room 1233. Swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited and horrible. Seriously the worst hotel i've been in. Do not come to this place. Citrus hotel which is just across and cheaper is much much much better.
I have no idea I booked and paid in traveloka, but hotel unable to trace the booking number. Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. Push all the wrong to us … blame us for booking through traveloka. After all the argument, they find out that the booking transfer to trip. Com … but tell us there is no room available? How can this happen? I already paid and voucher received! Please give an explanation! Really feel so disappointed!
