Awful hotel, no hot water, comfort, photos aren't the same as room

The window room has no view. So noisy and bad smell. No tea, coffee and spoon. They provide empty water bottle.

the woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful...helping me upgrade to park view room n late checkout...overall the staff is very pleasant... room is very nice n clean...buffet breakfast is delicious...lift area is so nice also...surely stay here again next time

Worst hotel I ever booked from Traveloka. Give Torn Blanket, Mouldy Room Ceiling, Cracked Ceiling at Bathroom & Lift Area, Dirty Wall, Smelly Corridor because no AC, Common Area also so smelly, Messy stuffs under the stairs after Entrance. Late Check In around 18.30 and decide can't stay longer because unhealthy Hotel condition. Booked for 6 nights, just stay 1 night, but the Hotel still want all payment (non negotiable). Just want to rip off your money. Don't ever trust High Point Reviews

Nice hotel, easy to find food, walking distance to Sunway pyramid mall, Sunway lagoon and nice surrounding.

The room is very old, dusty and dirty. There’s cockroaches in the toilet. Cleaner left the cleaning detergent on the bedside table.

workers are not friendly, the elevator is dead, there is no electric kettle available as advertised, the room is dirty
