Staff were considerate in allocating our room close to the coffee and breakfast lounge as I had a foot injury. The room was clean and the ed comfortable and showers great. Plus they happily organised a taxi for us.
The accommodation was fine. The trouble was that management said they sent me an sms explaining how to get our keys which I didn't get. When I told her I didn't receive the sms she said “well I sent them out to everyone! “in quite a rude tone. I felt like saying “well why am I calling for instructions if I'd gotten the sms? “but I didn't. Anyway I didn't appreciate how I was spoken to. Especially after paying nearly 300 dollars for a bloody cabin. The TV in the bedroom was absolutely full of dust as well.
