OK, nice, good, excellent, perfecto.

Excellent hotel recommendedto visitor.

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

Room is old, no hot water shower shower. Found bathroom dirty especially at the corner area.

Very comfortable for staycation with family.

The receptionist must need more improvement because when we were checking in there is no explaination about hotel facilities and no greeting. But shout out to housekeeping team, the room is clean and amazing.

Neat hotel and very close to the airport. Airport transportation is also available at a reasonable price for a decent car. Breakfast is available with a relatively good taste, it would be nice if fresh fruit was served. All the staff we encountered were friendly, especially the receptionist who checked us in near midnight. The only complaint is the smell of the room due to the ceiling being damaged due to leaks from the room above, also the shower in the bathroom not functioning optimally
