Service is not good. the male staff who tried to charge me 200k for the free water last time, tried to give me a deluxe room instead of premium room which I booked. since I've stayed in this hotel many times, I know the room given to me was not the right one. I have to deal with this trouble male staff member to get a premium room that I've paid for. very unprofessional, never again.

Sometimes, they lost power at night.

We are so happy. The staffs are very kind especially the owner, I salute the hotel staff and the owner.

Enthusiastic, clean, easy to do procedures

Nice clean room, new look, ok light system. Suitable for couples. However, the room is not very soundproof. When we go out in the hallway or the next room, we hear everything

Good places for stay, but hve wrong information only 4 hours stay and staff friendly and also help me for the problem because I can't understand vietnamese.

Rooms are fully furnished, clean, enthusiastic staff.

The fees may arise after check out, the hotel (ks) should notify the customer (customer) at check-in, this does not take much time when checking in and when checking out, the customer will not feel any inconvenience. suspicious and do not waste time arguing.... the hotel is located at the front desk standee about surcharges or room rates without a brief introduction, making it impossible for customers to know, feel quite confused and uncomfortable leaving.
