Cons: no elevator, too many stairs, no cable tv, water splash when you take a bath, breakfast is ok. Pros: helpful staff, helped us lift our luggages, free use of billiards, hotel location is near to every landmark

This hotel is have a bad service and scam customer, not support 24 hour service and didn't admiting they own mistake. No need to booked at this hotel. Thankyou

Good location, clean but a bit old. The reception most were helpful. I think they need more staff to help customer when they are arriving at hotel (very important).

Friendly staff, reasonable price, convenient location near the palace

The hotel is in a very nice location, opposite the river bank & has many shops around. Not too far from attractions such as the Royal Palace, Ba Penh Pagoda, Central Market. However, the room is very old. The sheets and pillowcases are old and worn, yellowed. The common area is full of trash and miscellaneous things like discarded items. I booked & paid for a room for 2 nights but I only stayed 1 night, because I couldn't stand the hotel like that so I gave up the remaining night to move to another hotel nearby. I recommend not booking this hotel. Compared to the price of a 3-star hotel nearby with a swimming pool, including breakfast and a double-sized room with attentive service, the price of Crystal Blue is not cheap.
