The hotel's location might be a little too hard to find but you can ask the people around. It is few kilos away from the airport but the surrounding area might not be your most favourite place to stay. The entertainment center is quite far and you need to rent a motorcycle or take a tricycle to reach it. On a daily basis they provide free shuttle to Alona beach (the van was very clean and comfortable, and the driver was really nice). The service is good and the staffs are superb (front office and restaurant staffs too!). Despite of the small room, they kept it neat and clean. Fortunately we didn't meet bugs or roaches that other people experienced. Ours' was quite comfortable to stay. Internet connection was good but it can only be accessed to one device, therefore you have to ask for more vouchers if you need to connect to more devices. The space was tiny and it might not suitable if you travel with lots of stuffs. There is no phone at the room, so if you need something you need to go down to the lobby.

No trash bin in the room, quite far from the center, pool was not that clean

This place is horrible to put it nicely I arrived at the resort, the receptionist said the room is not ready... It was 12 noon.. Check in is at 2pm so that's ok no prob I waited until 2pm.. The room was still not cleaned.. Eventually I got it at 2.30pm the room I got was sort of creepy, is not well maintained and outdated, there’s spiders in bed area, water in the bathroom is stinky and the place is dirty. Staffs are not hospitable too. If you are planning to visit panglao/alona beach, better book a hostel/hotel near the beach. Tricycle fare from this resort are very expensive . Foods it's ok but too costly for the taste and serving. They will ask you to pay for a water refill, which from other resort are given free. I had paid via traveloka for 2 days I just wanted to stay 1 day so I asked traveloka if I could get refunded 1 day as the property it was not as describe but they said they couldn't... So I stayed as I already paid. This resort is mainly doing business and doesn’t even care for their guest. 👎

Had an awesome stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms were clean and the staff (esp the receptionist) were very accommodating. Food was also good (though quite expensive). However, resort is quite a bit far from alona beach (where most food stalls and everything else are located), around 5-10 minutes (and transportation via tricycle was very expensive for that distance). Also, we were not able to swim in the beachfront of the resort due to the large rocks and low tide in the morning and late afternoon. So, if you don’t really mind the distance (and expensive tricycle) and limited swim time in the beach due to low tide, I would recommend this place for the clean rooms and great staff!

Beach area need to develop to attract more beachgoer.

The pool is so dirty; management don’t have any time to clean it. We didn’t use the pool.
