I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel for business trip and I lose my new shoes just inside the room, again just inside the room because I did not take the shoes out. I wear the shoes when I arrived and keep it inside the room because for 2 days I am going to my customers I wear my other formal shoes. On the last day while I checked out, just realize that my shoes is gone. They take me to the CCTV room to checked but couldn't find anything because the camera was far from my room and it only capture in front of the room from far. And the response from the General Manager of this hotel who did not dare to face me (only by call) was surprisingly not representing the 5 star hotel service. He said that He cannot do anything at the moment and asked me to report to the police if I want. Very irresponsible and unprofessional response from what so called General Manager of 5 stars hotel. I will of course make a report on this incident and will report it to Corporate Hilton Management. How come such a 5 star hotel did not responsible for the lose inside the room? I am totally disappointed, I will not suggest anyone of you to stay on this hotel if you don't want to lose your things inside the room.
