I had a very wonderful vacation here, the hotel has a very beautiful view

Old hotel suitable for budget because it is cheap. There is no restaurant near this place, at 8am the housekeeping staff is very noisy when cleaning the room on the same floor, I complained to the reception when it was noisy but the cleaning staff did not listen. The hair of the old person was still on my mattress when I checked in. The location is not good,

The location was very convenient, but the TV never works. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly after All.

This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.

Thanks for staff, they very kind. Feel like at home. This small hotel with strategic location. I must stay here again if go to hanoi again

All good, the staff, room cleaners, friendly staff, good breakfast, really enjoying my stay with them for 2 night
