1. The equipment was not prepared before departure and when at the first spot they were still busy looking for suitable equipment and when they got the equipment suddenly they had to go to the next spot 2. There were 9 of us and not all of us got the equipment 3. My friend wanted to do a somersault but was pushed by the crew 4. Perspot only took about 5 minutes or no more than 10 minutes

Bli, the land guide and driver, was very friendly and helpful, taking pictures of the family with all out. Thanks Bli. The car was very clean and comfortable, the car was also private. The lunch menu was okay, the taste was good, the place was nice. Snorkeling was combined with another group, it was okay. The title highlighted 4 snorkeling points but it turned out to be only 3 points, so the title had to be changed. The snorkeling guide was actually good and friendly, but 1 person handled 20 guests and was not explained how to use the snorkel gear, how to take and exhale breaths, how to move the feet and hands even though they were wearing life jackets, it was assumed that everyone could use snorkel gear and everyone could swim. The snorkeling trip part was lacking, the land trip part was really okay.

it's a bit disappointing that Manta didn't join us in the party.. Nothing to blame, since their apperance is seasonal.. And due to the time limit (2 hours) for the experience, the spot that we visited is limited up to 3 spots only.. But to me, these things above don't mean too much, compared to the beauty of sea view I beheld during this experience.. The provider knows the best spot to entertain our eyes, and the spots we visited are really beautiful, as expected..

This agent does not have good risk management. The snorkeling vendor has given a refund to the agent because the camera was damaged but the refund money was withheld on the grounds that I had to give a review first. I waited for refund confirmation for more than 10 days. Even there, when the snorkel boat was late leaving, we waited an hour and our trip time was cut short, the agent didn't seem to have a plan B until we said we wanted a refund and then we looked for an alternative boat with a later return time (Initially we were told we could only go to 1 destination, we didn't want to ). Admin is not professional overall.

Nusa Penida Island tour, cool First, I, dr. Seminyak, rented an MBL myself to Sanur Harbor, then I looked for a Wijaya Buyuk counter boat to cross. If we don't know, just give the driver's number to the coordination of the admin at Traveloka, the admin will explain it to the driver, then our driver will take us to the counter. At 8 o'clock the boarding call for the Wijaya Buyuk boat, wow, wow, it looks like a lot of people are crossing to Nusa Penida, but the package is different. The sandals are taken off before boarding the boat, later when they get off the sandals will be lowered first on the beach There, Pak Komang, the Nusa Penida driver, is waiting with the name of our booking at Traveloka, so you won't get lost. And guyyysss, guess hayuuuk This tour is recommended for those who want to know Nusa Penida I chose this package, there is snorkeling, snorkeling is only 1 hour, the fish are awesome, cool The driver in Nusa Penida is really friendly and very helpful

Great as described in itinerary and as expected. I booked the trip for 6 people. I called the contact number before booking, admin was helpful in answering clarifying questions re. itinerary. The tour excludes hotel pick up, admin offered to pick up service for extra charge but we had a car, so we went by ourselves to Sanur Port and was met with Pak Made the driver-guide at Nusa Penida Port. The 6 of us + Pak Made traveled around the island in a clean Avanza. The tour in Nusa Penida was all good in line with itinerary. We snorkeled at 2 spots, spot 1 was ok but spot 2 was incredible, we saw so many colourful reef fish, it was like a huge aquarium! Lunch included in the package was a bit small in portion, but at the restaurant, we can buy additional dishes. The rest was sightseeing trip, Pak Made was very kind to take lots of pictures for us and at the end waited until we boarded the ferry back to Sanur. Great option for a quick trip to Nusa Penida

cool experience, snorkeling is cool, even though the wave is rough at that time, but we can still do it. pak made our tour guide is really helpful, not only he knows the best photo spot, he also can take a good picture. would recommend this to my friend
