Very nice Jeep tour guided by professional local guide. Amazing sunrise and good breakfast provided. Highly recommend this package.

The jeep car was broken. And no breakfast as mentioned in the tour itinerary. The jeep driver seemed so unsure about everything.

Sari was a great driver and got us to mount batur safely. She was very friendly and it was great talking to her about Bali and learning more. Ayu was our trekking guide and she was also very friendly and a great guide. She offered many breaks as needed and was very good about checking in on us at the more difficult or slippery parts. The sun rise was also beautiful to watch and afterwards we went to the hot springs to relax after the hike for about an hour. Sari also took us to the coffee plantation and Rice Fields after which was very nice of her since we hadn't seen those yet on our trip.

Our guide Nick was excellent and helped me a lot to get up the mountain (I had a long-standing ankle injury which meant I was slow). I really enjoyed the experience, it was just a shame we didn’t see the sunrise because of all the fog!

our guide was Kak Danta, he was so helpful and thoughtful. we (my husband & I) have nothing to complain about him. the only downside is his organization (or his company I would say) made us start the trekking from Pura Jati instead of toya bungkah or pura pasar agung. the distance from pura jati is longer (2,5 hours) and it made us waste our energy on the first half just to reach pura pasar agung As the result, we decided to reach first stop point then climbed download since we were already exhausted. thankfully we did that for the way back down is slippery and we might hurt ourselves if we were drained of energy. kak Danta was always there to help us and checked if we're okay.
