Nusa Penida Barat By Penida Journey (half day tour)

Quite good but it will be better if the guide more proactively take picture

Less coordination, hard to look for the tour and travel, no confirmation a day before we have to call the travel all the time. and the boat, when we left Bali Island, the boat crew said yes we can sit on the top, but until we arrived at Nusa Penida, we sit below, not like it ay all, dissapointed.

I really enjoyed this Penida trip.

The contact number should be given to the guide or vice versa, so that it is clear. When there are many visitors, it is very difficult to find a guide, we missed 2.5 hours because of the unclearness so that time was wasted. There was also no explanation from the agent so it was confusing.

easy process. driver is also quite friendly. taken to additional places and new ones. recommended for those who want to go to Nusa Penida but not too tired

The road conditions are extreme but the driver is okay

Terrible and unprofessional operator – absolutely not recommended. The process of exchanging the voucher was unclear and poorly organized, with no proper instructions provided from the start. I booked an additional hotel pickup service, but they failed to inform me in advance that payment had to be made in cash, forcing me to make an unplanned trip to an ATM. Upon arriving at Nusa Penida port, we had to wait because our driver was not present; he later informed us that he had just been notified. Additionally, there was an unexpected cash-only entrance fee for the island, which should have been included in the package. While the driver was alright and helped us take photos, the overall experience was so frustrating that we decided to cut our trip short and leave early. To make matters worse, we waited around 45 minutes at the agency’s waiting area, which lacked sufficient seating, forcing us to stand the entire time. And it didn’t stop there – I’m writing this review while stranded in the middle of the sea because the speed boat broke down. This was the final straw in what was already a disastrous day. Save your money and choose a more reliable operator. This package completely ruined our day.

who knows if you skip the explanation, fyi the price does not include food and entrance tickets to Kelingking Cliff. plus there is an island fee of 25 thousand/pax. the road there is still very bad and narrow and dusty. for the west trip it can be finished at 12 noon because the places are all close together

Very friendly staff, satisfactory service

Our driver was very friendly went above and beyond just to take our photos. They also make sure that our mom was taken care of and guide and patience with her. We did have to pay extra because some of us were foreigner but that was totally my oversight. I would definitely recommend the tour and be sure to ask for Kadek and Nyoman.

The best tour guide ever in Nusa Penida!! He’s very friendly and really helpful in taking photos! Definitely a F1 driver with extra safety skill However, there was a bit confusion in the first time we arrived, no direction in Sanur Harbor from the staff, need to improve more in this one
