the place is really fun..it's just that the ticket exchange process is a bit long. There should be a separate counter for those who have ordered on Traveloka..so those who ordered from Traveloka don't have to queue like those who haven't bought tickets, the point of buying tickets on the application is to get in faster..overall playing here is really fun

The queue during Redemption needs to be fixed. The facilities inside are good. It would be better if there was a big screen that displays the current Air Temperature in the room.

mall access is okay, parking is available in abundance. ticket staff are friendly, detailed explanations, very fun, exciting rides, additional price of 300 thousand for renting tube slides etc.. the kids are happy.. additional; the toilets are a bit dirty

The snow skating rink has been eroded and the floor is directly concrete, it is very dangerous to slide, it is hard, it hurts. The restaurant is not clean because people have eaten, there are many employees but they are indifferent, they even chat a lot. The lady who is in charge of photo processing, gosh she just plays with her cellphone, my goodness, she was rude so I didn't print photos there

The place is nice with a Japanese theme. If you come here, bring socks and gloves, the gloves must be waterproof. Also bring a waterproof jacket, so you don't get wet and cold.
Weekends are also not too crowded, you can ride the chairlift many times. The slide is also fun. The price of food and drinks is a bit pricey considering the size. Actually it doesn't matter if the tea is 25k, but the glass could be a little bigger. because if it's that small, if left for a while it will get cold considering the place is as cold as a refrigerator. Overall the kids are happy playing here.
