With Hokkaido's cool weather, this is a rare brewery that can produce sake all year round. The brewery's stone warehouse is designated "historic architecture" in Otaru. Due to its small production, the sake can only be produced and sold here. Come for a tour to learn about sake production and sample Japanese sake!
