It's really worth it!! We will be taken around HCMC for more than 1 hour and pass by some Saigon icons such as the basilica cathedral, saigon central office, etc.

7pm queued for 1 hour to redeem tickets, waited 2 hours to get on the bus, in the end my family gave up on tickets because the kids couldn't wait. Don't buy tickets on weekends and go at night.

The service experience is interesting, however, should invest in more vehicles with the number of customers on weekends, because there are too many customers, the queue is too long, more than an hour still not able to get on the vehicle, if there is a small child with you, it takes a lot of time, by the time you get on the vehicle, the child is already asleep kkaa, by the time it is your turn to go, the fatigue is too much more than the enjoyment of the service experience.

I signed up for the evening tour. The scenery is very beautiful, everyone. You should buy tickets in advance at home. When you get there, just exchange them for paper tickets. If you want to go early, leave early. For example, if you want to go at 8pm, you should leave 1 hour early. Because you have to line up. Whoever leaves first goes first.

- Quick ticket exchange. There is a trip every 15 minutes, ensuring seats on the upper deck. - At the end of the trip, there is no staff announcement, making customers a bit confused about whether it is time to get off the bus. If there is a flight attendant to introduce the locations, visitors will understand better and the trip will be more interesting.

The website should update the way to exchange tickets for Line 2 at Pham Ngu Lao, that customer information office no longer exchanges tickets, customers who buy tickets online wait at the bus stop at 187 Pham Ngu Lao (in front of Liberty Hotel) wait for the SightSeeing bus to arrive, then give the code to the staff.
