For guests outside Hanoi Old Quarter, the meeting point is Hanoi Opera House (No.1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi)
Experience Location: 75/173 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi
Duration: 4 hours and 30 minutes including pick-up and drop-off time.
There are two options for your preferred class sessions every day:

Morning Class: 9:00 am - 1:30 pm

Afternoon Class: 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Original Vietnamese Brown Coffee: Dark roasted Vietnamese beans brewed to perfection, resulting in a bold and intense coffee experience.
Pour-over Coffee: This brewing method bypasses bitterness, allowing the natural sweetness and subtle fruit notes of the beans to shine through.
Signature Vietnamese Egg Coffee: Silky, light-as-air egg yolk froth sits atop a cup of strong, dark coffee, creating a delightful contrast of textures and flavours.
Espresso Martini: Features a potent blend of espresso, coffee liqueur, and vodka, resulting in a creamy yet energizing drink.


Sample Menu of the Complementary Full-Course Meal:

Nom Hoa Chuoi (Banana Flower Salad): A delightful appetizer of fresh Banana flowers, crisp vegetables, and aromatic herbs.
Bun Cha (“Obama” Noodles): Enjoy sweet and sour dipping sauce with marinated pork, famously enjoyed by Chef Anthony Bourdain and Former President Barack Obama.
Nem (Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls): Crispy rolls filled with meat or tofu, mushrooms, and vegetables, paired with sweet and sour dipping sauce.
