All the crew of Adiwana Dara Ayu Villas are friendly. The atmosphere of the villa is amazingly beautiful, natural, green, cool, exotic traditional Balinese architecture, the sound of birds chirping right in front of the room accompanying a romantic afternoon, the sound of a rooster waking up in the morning continues with a special breakfast. The bed was full of insects. Has the room been cleared before my arrival? The breakfast (beneddict egg) was terrible. Never drunk a worst hot chocolate.

This accommodation is very suitable for those who want to enjoy nature, quiet, on a honeymoon, away from the crowds. The service is very good. The food is okay. If you want to rent a motorbike, you also need a car and driver.

Actually the hotel have gorgeous scenery and good taste of food but some points:- The road access to finding this hotel quite remote.- From front desk until room need to trekking on the step stone above swamp/pool.- Highly not recommended for kids since the building provide barely safety procedure.- The quality of pool hygiene also bad. We barely could see the floor due to unclear water.- Also, despite the hotel located in the middle of nature, should provide enough bugs repellent or adequate safety interior at least. But neither the door nor windows have holes which let frog come inside our room, unstoppable bugs fallen from the rattan 's looks ceiling. Me and my son still endure the allergic from those bugs bite.

I highly recommend you to choose this villa for your vacation or 2 last days of your trip (I only booked for 1 day). It is like paradise. I booked the standard room with the lowest price because I stay alone but everything was very perfect, especially bathroom, pool and the outside view. Next time when comeback to Bali, I will stay here again, of course for 2 days or more:)

Tempat ok, makanan kurang rasa (saya pesan dinner spaghetti bolognese, fettuccini carbonara, nasi rendang, nasi sate ayam). Juga agak expensive (sate cuma 5 tusuk). Tapi tidak ada pilihan karena keluar villa untuk dinner jauh dari mana-mana. Extra bed di aplikasi tercantum 150 ribu tapi ternyata dicharge 650 ribu.

Electricity was down in our last day in the morning to afternoon, the hot water also not working until the electricity turn on at 11am. The staff keep following up to check out at 12pm, while I can't get the shower because it ' s too cold for me.

I am grateful to the staff, because they are very friendly and serve me well. However, what I love is when it's night. In my room the lighting was completely off until the morning, I didn't even find the staff there. Finally my wife and I slept in the car until the morning. I booked the hotel when I arrived there via the app. Before I booked, I made sure to the staff there that it was true that the picture was the photo of the room above. Because I wanted a room above that's why I booked and I asked the staff 3 times and they said it was true. But after I booked and got out the hotel voucher, it turned out that the room was downstairs and the hotel told me to complain to the travel agent and I complained. After waiting for a long time, no feedback or calls from customer care to ask if I can get a room or not? Meanwhile I didn't get the room I wanted on the right but was given a room on the left. Because I was tired of arguing, I accepted it with disappointment. The next day. That I was said to get breakfast only 1 pax because my voucher did not click 2 pax and that was also a problem by the hotel. Gosh, the rules are really strict here. Finally, I called the e-commerce and asked for the regulation of the hotel, how much is 1 room for pax? And e-commerce answered 2 pax then why was I given 1 even though I was alone with my husband? From e-commerce, they finally gave 2 pax, but from the hotel (the operational manager there asked for a claim, and was scolded, I don't want to know their internal affairs) so basically I just felt uncomfortable during the process. Even though there the view is good and the food is also delicious. It's just that the regulations are too complicated. I was about to heal, but I got dizzy.
