my main purpose stay at this hotel because the location which very close to the airport. but little bit dissappointed with the linens, the bedsheet, pilow&bolster covers were dull, no longer white but had become completely greyish, even though they were clean and I knew they had been washed (because I could still smell the strong smell of detergent and bleaching agent - and those were another discomfort thing), but the dullness gave the impression of being "not very clean", and that made it less comfortable to sleep on. Apart from the above, everything is good and enjoyable, commensurate with the cheap rates, in fact you could say it is relatively more profitable, because all the cheap rates at this hotel include breakfast 👌👍

The hotel location is close to Soeta airport, and the hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the airport so you don't have to bother looking for transportation/taxi. The service and attitude of all hotel staff are friendly, the rooms, atmosphere and hotel environment are enough for a place to rest during transit. The shortcomings that need to be fixed and improved are the condition of the bathroom which is rather poorly maintained, there are some taps that don't work properly. There are also not many TV channels. The food provided for breakfast is not very varied and the taste is not right for the tongue. Hopefully in the future it can be improved and fixed again. There was a feather on the bed sheet. The 1 pillow case was super dirty. Asked for breakfast take away at 05.15. When checking out at 05.25 only given 2 slices of bread for 4 people, with the excuse of running out. Booked 2 smart twin rooms, given rooms 508 and 509, facing the toll road. It turned out that the windows were not soundproof so it was noisy from vehicles passing by on the toll road. The AC in room 508 was hot.

worst experience at breakfast. already know the hotel is crowded, the food runs out and is not refilled quickly, dirty plates are scattered, even if you want to eat, there is no spoon. for the restaurant staff, they are indifferent, not friendly..

the room is damp, pillowcases and sheets have lots of blood stains from who knows what. the sheets are no longer white. very dirty and have turned gray. the towels are very dirty. the AC makes a loud noise. disturbs sleep.
