The room is very clean and tidy. The breakfast menu is simple but delicious. The hotel it self place in the middle city of madiun so we. Can enjoy morning walk in nearby and also to madiun plaza and lawu plaza just toke fe minutes by walk. So far we wants to enjoy night or morning in the madiun city, I recommended to stay I this hotel. The staff and all the hotel crew are very pleasant.

This Eid 2025, I stayed at this hotel again. Previously, I have stayed here several times and it is still the best choice because of its strategic location and proximity to the city center of Madiun. The place is comfortable, the room, bed, and bathroom are clean. Had a chance to try the food at this hotel via reservation, yesterday I ordered fried rice and it tasted really good. This hotel also has a free shuttle service from Madiun station to the hotel and vice versa, very helpful for those traveling to Madiun by train.

Stayed during the Eid holiday but even though it was crowded during check in, the reception staff was quite fast to handle the guests. Booked a room and got a twin bed. Had a bit of trouble with the shower faucet which was difficult to turn so no water came out hehe but then it worked after fiddling with it myself. I thought there was a water heater but it didn't. Got breakfast too, but the menu didn't have many choices but it still tasted good for me and my family (there was also instant noodles). oh yeah for the Wifi, honestly it's not stable, so the connection often gets disconnected on the 7th floor huhu. Overall the experience of staying so far so good, I like it the most because the location of the hotel is close to shopping and food centers.

All hotel staff from the security reception in the parking lot to the check-in staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is right in the middle of the city with all the easy access and surrounding restaurants and shops make it easy for us to meet our needs during our stay there.

Best Amaris, strategic location in the middle of the city close to food and snack places in the mall. If you want to go to CGV, just walk there. If you go to Madiun, you must stay here.
