Amaris Hotel Padang

Because I booked a hotel on the way, I ended up with the wrong date and only realized it when I was about to check in. My first experience rescheduling an order and plus no refund haha I panicked, I was really afraid that my million rupiah would be wasted. The staff suggested calling Traveloka, but Traveloka CS said the order number was invalid, luckily I thought of just emailing and it was true, after 2.5 hours it was processed and a revised voucher was issued even though I had to be charged 100k, it was okay rather than wasting it. Thank you Traveloka and Amaris 🤗 A pleasant stay, initially Traveloka and the staff said there were twin bed rooms left but thankfully it turned out to be a queen bed. The room was comfortable, I got a room on the 7th floor with a view of the street in front and on the side (next door hotel) so I was really pampered. The downside might be the food, there wasn't enough dessert and 70k for an extra person seemed too expensive with a menu that only had a few choices, but on the second day the food tasted better. Oh yeah, the omelet on the first day (Saturday) was delicious. Hopefully in the future there will be a swimming pool facility too. Overall, I was satisfied staying at the Amaris Hotel 🤗

A budget hotel that is suitable for staying with family is indeed Amaris. Many do not know that they can use the swimming pool at Santika even though they are staying at Amaris. Well informed from Miss Resti, receptionist

Nice hotel in the midle of Padang city

This is my regular place to stay every month, the hotel is clean, the service is friendly.

Already checked out at 5 am. But there are no coordination between front office staff so they called me and asking me if I still in room at 11 am. They should have had system to mark when someone alredy checked out. I was called twice during important meeting just to make sure I'm still in room or not.

Very affordable price with very good facilities, friendly service and access to everywhere is very close to the center of Padang. One more thing, the city view on the 9th floor is very good

My room smells of cigarettes.. it seems like it hasn't been cleaned properly.
