Book 2 rooms in advance, have called the receptionist to prepare adjacent rooms, but until the day the room was not ready and could not be adjacent because the room was already occupied, then in room 719 the sink was clogged because the drain hole seemed broken, for the room there was also no telephone line, so if you want to ask for additional room equipment you have to go down to the receptionist, for sandals and toothbrushes only one is provided, because there are two people staying, 2 should have been provided immediately, without the consumer asking first. the food in the restaurant is varied and quite tasty, but there is one thing that makes it a little less than perfect from the service of the officers, where when refilling fried rice, whether the officer intentionally or not, the tray where the fried rice was placed was seen being smashed. Overall the room is quite comfortable but not soundproof. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean. It was a pleasant memory. We had a little situation back then, but the management was really professional and helpful. They gave us a good settlement. I would really be happy to stay there again when I got the chance.

I booked 2 rooms for room 724 there was no problem but for room 723 the bathroom door and the tap for the shower were broken. For resting it was quite comfortable. The location is close to the city/Lawang Sewu. For looking for food outside is also close. For breakfast/sahur there are many variations. It's just that the taste is a bit lacking in seasoning. In the lobby there are takjil/coffee, tea, and so on. Another time it's still okay if you want to stay again.

hot water shower does not flow 24 hours, the receptionist complained that he did not reply to WA. stained sheets. there are cockroaches, even if you move to another room, there are definitely cockroaches. the shower is clogged. there is only 1 trash can in the room and it is small. the TV picture is not clear. food varies. towels are changed every day + amenities. can refill drinking water and there is a dispenser. safe, spacious car parking and does not get rained on. fast check in check out. wifi is quite good.
