Our company regularly use the hotel for our international staff following arrival in Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) and overnighting before their domestic connecting flights. As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.

It's a perfect accommodation when we have to catch our morning flight as the location is very strategic. The room is clean and the staffs are always friendly and accommodating (it was my 5th stay) and I will definitely come back in the future. The coffee and pastry were super delicious. this is the most satisfying capsule hotel ever. first of all the location is quite easy to find although you have to go downstairs to the basement floor but the receptionist is very kind and gentle. and then the room is clean and neat also it has enough space to put my 2 medium luggage and it has a mini desk! its price is quite affordable and cheaper compare to other capsule hotel around the airport. I definitely would go back as soon as possible when I have plan to transit in the airport. keep it up.

A great no-frills option right in the airport for getting some sleep between flights. A little tricky to find the first time you go, and the pods aren't sound proof, but usually the other guests are quiet and considerate. The showers are OK, but not great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

FM7 Resort Hotel – Bandara Jakarta Airport
we had wonderful times in the hotel. the room is clean, the staffs are nice and helpful, all the process went smoothly, the price is affordable. it only take 100k IDR to upgraded the room. the restaurant (the porte) is large, our families came and we end-up have dinner for 10+ persons and the foods are nice. the thing i love the most is that we can exchange money (USD, EUR, SGD, AUD, etc) in the receptionist which not all the hotels provided it. thank you so much!
