Nice hotel and the rooftop with pool. Breakfast also great, many of choice of food. The only thing that need to improve is the parking management, I found the difficulties to find the parking space, valet service maybe a solution.

Big room although it's a deluxe type. Big bed although it's a single bed. Large swimming pool with various depth. Tasty food. Unfortunately, I found a stain in my bed linen. Overall, it's satisfying enough. Definitely will come back.

This hotel is awesome, all the staff are friendly. I stay here with my family. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the bathroom is clean too. For the swimming pool it will be better if it has a pool for children, water level below 70 cm for example. The food tastes really good, love it. Thanks

Love this hotel! They allow us to check-in at 1.30 instead of standard 2pm. Room has very nice lovely interior. Rooftop pool is highly recommended. It’s super convenient cause they provide clean towel at pool so we can just swim and relax. Location is also very good. Very near with airport and Transmart. Nice breakfast also.

Pretty average, not a meaningful one. Its kind of old and need a lot of maintenance and improvement. The ambience is just good. Staff assistance is great, super friendly. Price is quite fair. Location just perfect to where I need to visit during my stay in Yogyakarta.

Access card need to be fixed, because bit hard to open the door. The access card sometimes error. It makes me need 2 or 3 times to open the door of my room.

We spent 4 nights during our business trip, first night, the hot shower didn't work, and the mattress didn't seem clean enough. Thankfully, the next day after we filed a complaint, it was fixed immediately. The breakfast menu variety is quite decent, with sufficient flavors. 1 thing that needs to be highlighted, maybe in the lobby area, the staff should be more initiative when there are guests who just got off and carry a lot of luggage. Overall we quite enjoyed staying at Satoria. Hopefully it can get even better.
