Sans Hotel Kelapa Gading Jakarta
The staff is not helpful and not friendly at all. Very slow response. During my 4 night stay there, I was asking the cleaning service to clean my room on the 3rd day, he said yes but when I'm back to the hotel, they not cleaning my room. They only provide half used toilet paper since the first time I checked in and never refill it.

[Deact] SENZATION APARTMENT At Kelapa Gading
The ac was not cold and it was happening until morning. So it made me unsatisfied but overall is good.
