Highlight for this hotel is the location, which is inside a mall. This makes everything more convenient, the mall has good restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and many stores in case you forget to bring something. It was a good cost benefit, considering that we didn't spend much time at the hotel, only used it to sleep. Breakfast was OK, food predominantly Indonesian.

The hotel seems old but it's very clean and nice. The food is very standard. The treadmill in the gym is a bit broken. The view is nice. The roof is very comfortable, tired of shopping, I can just lie down.

Very impressive stay for 2 days in the family room:
- Close to the Mall, just walk away
- Breakfast menu has many variations and the view of the breakfast place is cool, you can see the city of Malang and the surrounding mountains
- The staff are friendly and full of smiles from the receptionist when checking in/out, the waitresses at the restaurant and the officers at the swimming pool are kind
- The point is it's worth it during a vacation to Malang
- Hopefully the service and quality of the hotel will be maintained

The hotel staff service is very friendly, it's just a shame that parking the car outside the check out time is quite a long way to the parking lot. If possible, the car can enter the lobby terrace.
