Passed this review verbally to the hotel's staff but let me make it in writing. Our stay was superb. I bring my spouse who is the first timer to this island of God and luckily I bring him to Ubud and Artotel Haniman Ubud. The hotel location is secluded from the crowd and very peaceful. It is side by side with Flock, which we were given breakfast coupons to eat there every morning. The bf was awesome too, btw. The room cleanliness level was OK, flippers were provided. The shower was perfect. Amenities in Sensatia, no doubt. The Check-in process was fast. Room for improvement: the room was set up at 25degrees celsius when we came and it made the room very humid and smelly. But once you lower the temperature, the odour is gone. Something is wrong with the blanket or bed cover because we felt itchy (the hub is very sensitive to dust and dust mites). Will be better to give one medium white-flare lamp near the mirror for better lighting in the room and during make-up. Gonna come back for sure, am looking forward to our next visit with my kids.

very chic unorthodox styled hotel. the room by metre square is small but the interior design make it look bigger. they also use smart idea on lighting so it is elegantly decorated. love the big tv and big glass window looking outside. the stairs to my room area 3rd floor is quite difficult to climb buy the decoration make us happy to climb it. so green and lush.

Great location in Ubud central. Clever design made even the smallest room (Studio20) feels spacious and airy. I asked for a quiet room and got room 301 - high floor, facing east for natural sunlight, no road noises, perfect! room was clean with good firm bed. really appreciate the in-room nescafe dolce gusto and sensatia botanicals amenities. great wifi connection, great selection of TV channels, hot water runs perfectly! a la carte breakfast served at the cafe next door or delivered to your room eggs benedict and the breakfast butty (a kind of burger with bacon, hash, and avocado) are awesome! crowd vibe is quite "jakarta"-ish probably because the chain is quite popular in Jakarta but nobody misbehaved so it was a pleasant stay. no elevator in the building but the staff is absolutely helpful with carrying your luggages. lovely stay!

The location is quite strategic, walking about 15 minutes to get to Jalan Goutama, the center of Ubud's hustle and bustle. The room is nice, clean and I like it the most because the walls are glass so the light is abundant because I happened to get the room at the end. In the room there is a balcony so you can smoke. Breakfast is good, but it's just an a la carte model. Overall good.

For those looking for a hotel location close to the center of attractions in Ubud, this hotel can be an option, just walking distance from Jalan Goutama and its surroundings. Easy if you want to find food or just stroll around. For cleanliness and aesthetics, Artotel is not in doubt, there must be something unique. Yesterday I chose Studio 20, quite spacious and what I like is because I got a corner room so the glass walls can get a wide view and plenty of lights. Then the balcony is also very beautiful, can be used for smoking space. But the size of the bathroom is quite small, but still okay. The staff are friendly and helpful, oh yes, this hotel does not have an elevator, so if you have a room above you have to be prepared to go up and down the stairs, but don't worry for those who bring suitcases, the hotel staff is ready to help carry them. For a la carte breakfast, the choices are quite diverse. What I like is the kombucha, it's delicious and refreshing. When checking out I was given a jar of cookies yesterday, thank you Artotel.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the room is big and clean, cleaning service comes every day. It's a bit of a shame that either the weather made the room or the room itself is very damp and humid. It's very hard to dry our clothes and towels. For me myself it's quite hard to breath.

Lovely and Clean Hotel. Room is spacious with a high ceiling! The shower room & toilet are well designed for function. I like the sink that is outside the toilet area. The Spa is also very clean and gives wonderful massage at a good price.

The rooms are clean, smell good, all equipment is in good condition. The location is also okay, close to places to eat and several mandatory Ubud destinations. Even though it is in a busy location, as soon as you enter the room the atmosphere is immediately different, peaceful, quiet and comfortable for resting. The front office is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at Flock Cafe next door, the choice is small but the taste is very good. Getting bored of breakfast at the hotel is also not a problem, because there are lots of delicious breakfast places around the hotel (walking distance). Will stay again at Artotel Haniman ❤.

Really like staying here, the rooms are clean and pleasant, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Lots of facilities (for free) such as yoga classes, spa, breakfast and a delicious welcome drink (I chose kombucha).

The room is spacious and the amenities are great. We had breaksfast but it wasn't a buffet. But the toast and kombucha were delicious. Overall we had a great time during our stay in this hotel.

Comfortable room, okay facilities. And what's special is the breakfast, at Cafe Flock right next to the hotel. The coffee is delicious, the food is delicious, and the hotel's location is in the center so it's not too far to go anywhere.
