since I was little I could only look at it every time I passed by on the bus because I couldn't afford to stay here but finally I got to do it with my family. the aura feels like an old money style building, the facilities are still quite luxurious, the room size is also big, the price is now affordable with a delicious breakfast. thank you for fulfilling my childhood dream.

Classic hotel, comfortable, still well maintained. What's special is the breakfast with a variety of delicious Indonesian dishes, worth the price 👍.

The room is spacious and I chose the one with a bathtub because I brought my kids so they like to swim in the room. Even though there is a swimming pool. So they are satisfied swimming continuously 😂. The location is also in the middle of the city so it is easier. The staff are all friendly. Will definitely come back again if on vacation. The location is strategically close to the city center, breakfast at the hotel is varied and very delicious.

very satisfied staying here, all the staff are very friendly, never forget to smile, the receptionist is incredibly friendly, when we arrived at the room we called to ask if there were any towels or something missing, the service is incredibly cool, then the birthday request, it was immediately granted and did not forget to quickly provide information on what was wanted, and if the child pressed the wrong number, we immediately asked if we needed help. This hotel is really cool, the service makes me want to come back again.. thank you for the service and comfort of the hotel that has been provided, very, very satisfied.

Don't sell rooms to guests, for example, if there are things that need to be repaired, especially suite rooms, and complaints should be resolved immediately.

So far so good but the faucet in the bathtub was a bit faulty at first, I had to call a technician first.

My experience staying at this hotel was quite mixed. The reception staff were friendly, but there were some staff who didn't care about my room request, I asked for a high floor, non-smoking, and a view of the Tani Monument, but what was given was the opposite, I was given a smoking room on the 4th floor with a view of the river and residential areas. The staff also seemed less friendly when giving explanations, even though we had patiently waited until past 2 pm. The bathroom really needs repair. The toilet seat is uncomfortable, the sprinkler spray often has problems, and the shower and bathtub look dirty and rusty. In addition, when moving to a non-smoking room, it felt the same, it still smelled of cigarettes and the hotel hallway was also not fragrant. The room was quite noisy, especially if there were family or official guests. However, the breakfast food was very tasty and varied. The staff in the restaurant, especially the chef and restaurant manager were very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the restaurant service staff were not friendly and professional, the female staff never smiled and were very rude when taking and putting away guest plates. Fortunately, the staff at the swimming pool and the cleaning staff were very friendly and kept the area around the pool clean. Overall, despite some shortcomings, I still feel comfortable staying here because of the service from several senior staff and excellent restaurant facilities. Hopefully the hotel can improve the quality of the rooms and other services. Hopefully Aryaduta will be more successful.

Overall everything is great but the room kind of smells damp, again it's an old hotel it would be nice if you guys have some dehumidifier somewhere to help with it.
