The Wi-Fi is terrible. It's inferior to 3-star hotels in Pekanbaru. The staff also lacks initiative to help carry luggage. The receptionist also doesn't smile much. If it weren't for the pool and the beautiful surrounding area, I wouldn't want to come here, especially with such unfriendly and uninitiated staff.

The staff really didn't take the initiative to help lift large and numerous items. They just stared at them. Furthermore, the pillowcases were so fluffy, they weren't even fit for use by hotel standards. Towels and doormats had to be requested upon check-in, claiming the vendor hadn't delivered them yet.

The swimming pool staff were unfriendly, avoiding questions. The day before I went swimming, I was given 2 towels. But when I wanted to swim again in the morning, they gave me 1, they said that each room only gets 1, which one is true. The wifi is bad, let alone opening Netflix to watch, even opening social media takes a long time. I booked a premier room with a bathtub but there were only 2 towels, namely body towels. At least for a room that big, there should be head/face towels. The refrigerator is hot, not cold, I have complained but there is no solution. For a place to sleep, the view, and cleanliness are good.

The staff is not very friendly, especially at the swimming pool, most of them avoid questions. The facilities are also problematic, the refrigerator is not cold at all. I have filed a complaint but there is no progress. There are no footwear in the bathroom, I asked for one by phone and it was delivered. For the premier room that has a bathtub, the towel is only 2 cm, namely a body towel. There is no small towel, not worth it for a premier room like this.
