The location in the middle of Gorontalo city, is very suitable for staying, with breakfast facilities with a menu of many choices, and there is live music every Saturday night accompanied by Barbeque. This is my first time to Gorontalo, Highly recommended.

My corporate booking was canceled by Aston after they pushed us to pay in advance at 23:00 PM. We booked for 3 rooms of no smoking and kingsize but they insisted to offer smoking rooms and twin bed. Finally they gave rooms as our request only after hard and high tone complaints. Returned cash deposit were 100 K short and only given after we noticed and asked for it (they gave it wothout any apologies nor smiles).

Strategic location, food is also delicious and varied. I have requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. The smell of cigarette smoke is very strong, I have to spray it with freshener often so that the smell disappears. Very unfortunate.
